Pricing and PackagesOur day of coordination starts at $1,750
-Meeting at the venue at 8 weeks: which we establish timeline, go over layout and floor plan, decorations, and we get all vendor information. - We reach out to all vendors to give timeline out, go over all details of your day, and ensure all of their questions are answered. - Rehearsal is included, one hour the evening prior to the event. - Up to 10 hours on the day of your wedding. This includes arriving prior to most other vendors, checking in with bridal party throughout the day, setting up personal belongings, assisting guests, coordinating ceremony with bridal party, dj, and officiant, assisting guests during cocktail hour, coordinating the introductions into the reception space, ensuring the couple has something to drink and eat during dinner, staying with dj to ensure timeline is followed throughout the evening, and leaving after the formalities are done. Investment begins at $1,750 with deposit of $500 and remainder due 30 days prior to event date, and additional hours/assistants can be added on. |
Wedding Management*** This package starts at $2,500
- Meeting at the venue at 12 weeks: we establish the timeline, go over layout and floor plan, decorations, and we get all vendor information. - Unlimited communication via phone, text, or email leading up to your day. - We reach out to all vendors to give timeline out, go over all details of your day, and ensure all of their questions are answered. Décor consultation is finalized, DJ questionnaire is assisted with, and photography questionnaire. - Rehearsal of 1 hour on the evening prior to (if it needs to be done on another day, that needs to be scheduled 4 weeks in advance to check availability). - Up to 12 hours on the day of your wedding with your Lead Planner, and 4 hours with an Assistant Planner. This includes arriving prior to most other vendors, checking in with bridal party throughout the day, setting up personal belongings, assisting guests, coordinating ceremony with bridal party, dj, and officiant, assisting guests during cocktail hour, coordinating the introductions into the reception space, ensuring the couple has something to drink and eat during dinner, staying with dj to ensure timeline is followed throughout the evening, and the assistant stays until the end to pack up and ensure all personal items are put into a designated vehicle. - We check in with you the next day to ensure there are no concerns or questions. Investment begins at $2,500 with a deposit of $1,200 and the remainder due 30 days prior to date, and additional hours/assistants can be added on. |
