The Wedding Producer package includes all responsibilities and services provided in the Wedding Day Coordinator package, plus the following sampling of services: Package Details Assist with financial plan unique to bride and groom to stay within the specified budget Assist in event / theme conceptualization Recommend vendors and provide access to a listing of local vendors Review all vendor contracts Work with bride and groom to create a unique wedding weekend timeline Prepare wedding weekend timeline and checklist for bridal party Contact all vendors to confirm details including arrival / delivery times Serve as the primary contact for all vendors during the two weeks prior to wedding Work with the couple to arrange rehearsal dinner, as needed Direct wedding rehearsal Coordinate wedding day, including bridal preparations, ceremony and reception Organize the ceremony processional and recessional, provide guidance to bridal party Design a floor plan for the layout of the reception Assist bridal party, immediate family and guests Provide advice on wedding etiquette· Answer questions through unlimited email and phone calls with bride and groom
